We were forced to sell our home, because Fairbanks Capital Corp. reported false foreclosure notices to the credit bureaus, when in fact we owed them no delinquent payments. Payment receipts were sent, but ignored. We hired a lawyer who managed to get the Company to admit that we did not owe delinquent payments for which foreclosure notice was sent. After selling the home, we got foreclosure notice again from Fairbanks Capital Corp.

At the time of settlement, Fairbanks Capital Corp. tagged on to the loan an extra $20,000.00 that we are still fighting to get back.

Fairbanks Capital Corp. consistently reported late payments when in fact payment had been made and refused to to correct the erroneous report that continues to damage our credit. We have complained, with all documentations, to the Federal Authorities, but no concrete steps have been taken to rein in this corrput business entity. If this is not ripping off the poor who cannot afford high price lawyers, then what is it?
