Just like many, was formerly with NationsCredit - They sold the loan in October/November (it was current) to Fairbanks, who immediately advised that I had an escrow account that needed to be repayed to the tune of $8,000 and that I was now suddenly an additional $10,000 behind in my payments.

Tried repeatedly to receive any manner of accountability - you know, complicated things like and explanation of why they think I owe this money, etc. Made over $14,000 in payments to Castle Law firm here in Denver, but they don't care to respond much, either....

So... I've had to accept their numbers and file Chapter 13 or face an April 23 Foreclosure Sale date.. Nice, huh? The meeting of creditors should be very interesting, I think....

In any event, are there any Colorado Class Action suits in place? I'd love to jump on that bandwagon.....
