Fairbanks Capital, Loan Servicing Center, Insurance Servicing Center, added Insurance On My Home When I Taking advantage of someone that doesn't know any better Salt Lake City Utah
I live in South Carolina and recently I have found out that Fairbanks Capital has added insurance on to my home.I already have homeowners insurance through State Farm and they have faxed Fairbanks capital my policy but it did no good.I filed a complaint with consumer affairs and now they say the insurance they added,I agreed to over the phone but I did not.They say the insurance I have is decorative insurance and dismemberment insurance.I have never heard of either one.I have asked for a copy of the paper I supposedly signed or the phone call where I agreed to this on and they can not produce either one.I am at my wits end so I have refused to make a payment until they can produce that information.I may be wrong for that but I am one that will not be screwed.
There is more to the story but this is just a start to the story.If anyone can give me some information please feel free to do so.
