Complaint Review: FAIRBANKS CAPITAL

i am writing from tampa, florida i was ripped off from fairbanks capital mortage company. i always wanted a house some place to call my own, but if i would have known the financing was like this i would have stayed in my apartment. cimmaron mortage sold my mortage to this dum,irresponsabe,company four years ago nothing has bee the same since. every month the payments go to a different payment office it takes them two months to post payments and one company don't know what the other is doing. someone is pocketing money and putting payments behind.

i wish charlie chris put this company under the dog house and shut them down. fairbanks makes it very hard for someone else to mick up your mortage the interest rate is 11.00% my prayer is for charlie chris is to make it better for us.all of my payments was on time never late i don't deserve this and no one else.

i thoughtiwas alone until i saw channel 13 consumer lawyer put this out front for everyone to see on channel 13 in tampa, bay.

i will fight to the end to get my credit back to where it suppose to be this is the only problem on my credit report its hard to find someone to pick this mortage up.
