Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Mortgage

This compnay is trying to take advantage of my mother who lost her hearing a year ago. Since then I have taken over the account. I overpay so that they can apply it to the pricipal on the account. They have reported to me like others that they are missing payments and they they are abouot to foreclose on her house as well. I am tired of having to fax payments receipt and talk to clueless people at the company about their mistakes.
