This company tries to foreclose on you. They will not send timely mortgage payment notices, they will routinely apply late charges, add taxes, add insurance, and other charges to your bill. Then, they will cry DEFAULT and charge you for sending a letter that states default even when you are not in default. By all means, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission www.ftc.gov.
