Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital Corp Salt Lake City

in july of 2002 i entered into what they call a forebearance

with:fairbanks capital for a six month period.at the end of the period.which should have been dec 2002,but instead they one of the monthly mortgage payments was a down payments this was not fully explained to me,i called in on jan 08/2003 to reveiw my condition and for three days i could not get a live person to talk with me

now they have sent a certifeid letter with foreclosure preceedings,they sent me forms in which to do financials,they havent given me the tim to get them back in.

also they are saying that i owe over 4000.00 in rears.i strongley feel that all of my payments was not handle properly,during the transistion from nations credit to fairbanks,i at least need a chance to look at how the last two years payments were handle
