Since Fairbanks Capital bought my loan from my previous mortgage company I have gotten nothing but threatening letters and harassment.

Fairbanks took over my mortgage loan in January 2003, as of today, May 15th, 2003, I have yet to receive a statememt.

I originally called Fairbanks in February and asked them how I could make a payment. I was tokd they had no record of me or my loan in their computer. I was also informed at that time that processing would take 60 days.

Well, 60 days had gone by and still no statement. However, I did receive a letter threatening to forclose on my property due to non-payment.

I then called Fairbanks once again. They asked if I had received a welcome letter from the company. I guess their idea of a welcome letter is a letter of intent to forclose. I made my payments by phone at that time and demanded they send a current statement.

At this time I have received another threatening letter and several harassing phone calls that start at 7:30 am and end apprximately 12 hours later. This is an every day occurance.

Without a statement it is hard for me to explain in detail about the fees and charges applied to my account. I can tell you that the letter states "attorney fees", and "late fees" and "processing fees".

All this has taken place before the past due date. The phone calls started the on the 2nd of the month and continue until they receive payment.
