Fairbanks Capital ripoff Mailed back certified checks sent registered mail then said I was behind Louisville Kentucky
Fairbanks capital has added all kinds of fees to my account. They send me back my certified checks then say I'm behind. And charge up to $4000.00 to reinstate. I have had to pay lawyers to write them and tell, them they have seen proof, I'm not behind.
When I tried to pay off the $17,600.00 I took out in 1996 and have paid on for 7 years at 11 percent interest, The bill says the principle is $13,800.00 They want $21,000.00. Thats not counting the $4000.00 they made me pay three years ago, the lawyers I've had to pay and the escrow of $2000.00 and they don't even pay my taxes or insurance. How can they keep getting by with this?

Well we just got a payoff from unfairbanks, it is for 12,000 more then we took out the loan for 5 year ago. Mr. insane the new ceo of unfairbaks is just as slimy as the rest of the people who work for this horrible money grabbing lying company. My house is being stole from my family.
Has anybody acctually got the right information from this place? I wish there was an answer place with some good news for once... oh the best thing this week from unfairbanks was they sent a statement saying we paid 2,300 last month which we didn't ... so I keep calling asking for things and they keep (messing) I'm too nice for the words I wanted to put there.
So when i go to court again I'll show the judge their mess ups and make the judge get a full report from day one and all the hidin money they seems top not ever be ble to find...in the SUSPENDED ACCOUNTs across AMERICA...Let's let this be the month to liberate us all from this HORRIBLE COMPANY I newly dub UNFAIR CAPITAL ....Peace be with us all

Just wanted to let you know that your not alone in Knoxville. We too are and have been dealing with Fairbanks for 3 and a half years and we too have paid over $37,000.00 in payments and late fees and all other sorts of fees also attorneys fees and my favorite other fees. We too have an attorney and she has been working since last Nov. and she has not gotten a straight answer from them either. When we ask for a payoff last Dec. Fairbanks stated we owed them $9,000.00 than what we borrowed in 1998. Fatrbanks has yet to apply one cent to our principal balance, thats right not one cent.All we want is a correct payoff so we can refinance and get away from these criminals.
