Purchased my mortgage from Countywide in a state of default, I contacted Fairbanks and let them know that the default was in error. It took 3 months for my payment to be posted from first company.

Fairbanks used the fact of the default of payment from first company to file default against me. I payed Decembers payment in January. My payment was a full payment of $987.00. They told me my account was up to date and no longer in default.

On Februay 15th, I received a statement asking for Decembers payment. I question Fairbanks why December was not showing as paid. They told me they kept account in Suspense as requested by person who took the payent on 1/24/2003. Of course this kept my account once again in default.

My orginal default stated they needed November and December payments. Countrywide finally paid the back payment they held back when they sold the loan to Fairbanks on Janurary 14th, I paid the December payment on January 24th, They wanted to add Janurary to the default and put December pymt in suspense making my account to appear as if no payment was made. I feel they are trying to steal my House.

I am paying Fairbanks $1,750. This week which will leave me a balance of about 250. for Feb payment. In the Fairbanks have tried to refuse my payments so that they have a reason to try to foreclose. By putting my payments in suspense My account appears not to be paid or more in the rears than it was.
