Fairbank Capitol Corp ripoff wih outlandish ripoff late fees even when paid on time Pheonix / Salt Lke / Jacksonville Arizona / Utah / Florida .....

Statements were sent late and payments without a statement were cashed but not credited so if you waited for a statement you had late fees. The other option was to pay by phone for an unusually high fee. There were conditions in my mortgage that they claimed didn't exist even though I had it in writing. I have hazard insurance but they insisted the AAA wasn't acceptable to them and that they had to buy more at crazy prices many times higher. I recently managed to re-fi away from them at a much better rate.

Last night they called me asking for my social security number. Why would I give that to anyone that called me. I wonder what new rip-off they were trying. They wouldn't tell me what critical business they were trying to cantact me with unless I told them the number. Stalemate. I wonder what new scam they are trying. I'm sure the claim will be that I am late and uncooperative for not giving them that. Me re-fi away from them is recent enough that I'm sure they think I owe them this months payment.
