Complaint Review: Fairbanks Capital

Fairbanks bought my loan from my bankrupt lender. We were forced into chapter 13. We had a new lender lined up to pay off the loan and these people would not work with them. I have spent hours on the phone with fairbanks trying to set up a payoff but they wont tell me a dollar amount. also I have been making my payments and they dont post them or credit them.

This is the most lousiest company I have ever delt with. I advise anyone doing bussiness with them to get out as soon as you can before they burn you. I have contacted the BBB and my atorney general in my state aand in there state about ther bussiness pratices, This company needs to be fully investigated. Warn all your friends about this company.
