FAIRBANKS CAPITAL - SPS FALLACIOUS, DOUBLE-TOUNGED, IN OTHER WORDS SPECIALIZING IN "FRADULENCE" ripoff SALT LAKE CITY UTAH
I purchased my first home in year 2002. I had just turned 23 and had a long-term Occupation.
Not one member of my family had ever owned a Home, so I had to take it upon myself to Research on my own and trust my own instincts To make my dream happen.
My dream became a nightmare...
FAIRBANKS, NOW SPS, WAS KNOWN AS FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC.
In year 2002.
I was sent a letter that Fairbanks was taking over and that I had to provide ALL paperwork for their records. NO problem, I faxed over all That they requested and started to pay my Mortgage as usual: "On time". I was then sent Bills stating that they had enrolled me into Having an Escrow and Hazard Insurance (which I pay seperate) and also late charges adding and additional $900.00 a month!
I felt so violated. I then spoke to a representative with FAIRBANKS and informed them of their error. They apologized and adjusted their mistake. It then beacme a repitition every month then after. For about 12 months I paid the extra cash to send my payment by "WESTERN UNION QUICK COLLECT" to Obtain Proof of payment being that they would Constantly "MISPLACE" checks and letters that I had sent. I paid the cost by REFINANCING and Paying the Penalties with Fairbanks for Having left them. They owe not one cent I Feel. For all the hassle they put me through.
I have NOT ONE PROBLEM with my new bank now. They are what I wish I had from the very Start. "User friendly, knowledgeable, and Honest."
BUT I am now receiving letters from SPS stating that I owe them $10,000.00?
