Complaint Review: FAIRBANKS CAPITOL

I aggree with the many others that have submitted their complaints about Fairbanks Capitol, dealing with them has been a complete nightmare! Ever since they bought my mortgage from Olympus, they did not receive payments on time, did not record payments, until I provided bank statements. Now because, I still never received amount I need to pay to become current, I am in Foreclosure proceedings!

One of the few different account reps I was dealing with on this issue, said there was nothing I could do except pay the rears, which I had tried but phone system kept hanging up on me. He advised me that the only other thing I could do is sell the house. I feel it is not my fault, I made every attempt to pay this mortgage, never have I had this problem with a mortgage company, always pay on time. I don't want to lose my house because of some incompetent mortgage company!
