I been a victim of fraud and a major rip-off as well a derogatory credit report base on false statement by Olympus Servicing, LP and Fairbanks Capital, Corp AKA Loan Servicing Center.
I have paid my mortgage fully with no delays to Olympus my surprise when they sold the loan I was short above 10,000 dollars no mentioning a charge for insurance of 2500 which I paid already less than 800 dollars for the year 2002.
Olympus reported me in foreclosure and Fairbanks late 60 days I have retained an attorney to help me and provided them allready with all my cancel checks, bank statements and still no enough they charging me almost 10% of interest rate and keep charging me various phamtom fees.
I will start a law suit against this company within 2 weeks since my patient has run out. Every time they just send a letter they receive the complaint but never act on it.
I am planning to go in person but my attorney said she may get a response soon.
