We are in the process of losing our home.
We can almost never make contact with anyone
when we do get someone to talk to us they treat us like dead beats. they have even told us "well it's obvious that you can't afford your home.
well we could afford it if we were allowed to by them.
they return our payments.
they want a certian amount of money from us then after six months
they want an astronomical amount of money. to get the balance back to normal.
they have issued forced insurance on us.
and refuse to allow us to obtain our own from an outside sourse.
the last conversation we had with them is that they are not willing to help. they refuse to allow us to speak to thier supervisors.
we are lost and in need of advise PLEASE HELP

My exsperince with fairbanks was a living nightmare. They started a forecloser saying that I didn't make my payments for three months. You could never call them talk to them they were always right and you were wrong. They also sent people to my home taking pictures going in my back yard. I hired a lawer that did no good but take my money. I called there credit department they said I was current on ever payment she sent me a letter saying I was current on all payments. They put their insurance on my home and charged me late fees all the time I don't know what for but I paid them. So I sold our house and they kept most of the money my daughter went on disability because of her depressiton because of this mess. Had to live in a motel with two kids and $365.00 a week. Fairbanks heald up our closeing cost wrecked our credit and we can't buy another house again. Please Help Me

MY HUSBAND AND I LIVE IN FORT PIERCE FLORIDA AND DEALING WITH FAIRBANKS HAS BECOME A NIGHTMARE. THIS COMPANY HAS ALL OF OUR PAYMENTS AND WE ARE UP TO DATE. BUT THIS COMPANY IS STILL TRYING TO FORECLOSE ON US.
THEY WANT THERE LAWYER FEES AND SOME OTHER UNKNOWN MADE UP FEES THAT WE REFUSE TO PAY BECAUSE WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DELINQUENT.
ON MARCH 10, 2003 WE WENT TO COURT FOR A FINAL JUDGEMENT ON OUR FORECLOSURE AND THERE LAWYER OUT OF MIAMI NEVER CALLED. THEN JUST RECENTLY ON APRIL 8 FAIRBANKS SENT SOMEONE OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO CHANGE OUR LOCKS NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.
EVERY TIME I CONTACT FAIRBANKS I RARELY GET THE SAME SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE I FEEL AS THOUGH I PLAY MORE PHONE TAG WITH THIS COMPANY THAN ANYTHING.
THIS COMAPANY *NEVER* RETURNS PHONE CALLS. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE AT ARE WITS END AND WE HAVE DECIDED NOW TO JOIN THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
