Complaint Review: FAIRBANKS CAPITOL CORP

My loan was recently sold to Fairbanks. I really did not have a problem with them until, I had my credit report pulled to purchase a vehicle. It showed many late pmts. Which I do not understand, due to my payments come directly out of my checking account, and when ever we were late I had the pmts. plus any late fees taken out together. Now that I am aware, I am looking to refinance but my credit has been horribly tarnished, and Fairbanks refuses to give me a pmt. amount unless I pay them a processing fee. WHAT isn't this my loan, I am not paying to get a pay off........I am not even sure what late fees thay have charged me or why. How can a be charged for a pay off ? How do I get involved in this law suit. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
