Fairbanks Capitol deceptive company we can't sleep at night! Jacksonville Florida
What can we do?! I have butted heads with this copany since they aquired our mortgage a year ago! Fairbanks Capitol calls our home 2-3 times aday. Thank God for caller ID.
It seems to them that our payments have not been recieved and for some funny reason I have the cancelled checks. When I call to try to reason with them I get a different story every time. I do keep records of who I speak to and notes on their theory as to what is happening....
what is a supspense account? They have kept one payment for 2 months in this type of account and never applied it to our account.
Please! I would love to talk to someone else with this problem and to recieve more information about this class action suit that I read about. We can't sleep at night worrying about this mess. Money is tight in our household as it is!
