Fairbanks again - like 1300(+) other people on this site...same scenario - lost payment, finance charges, etc...

They have forclosed on our second morgage, but the first lienholder is quite happy with us. Same bag-o-tricks

WHAT SCUMBAGS!!! using air we could be breathing!!! Talk about your waste-of-skin!!

Would anyone else in these same circumstances as us be willing to send an affidavit noting the problems that you had in dealing with these disreputable people and their unethical business practices? With over 1300 complaints here alone, surely we could produce a few hundred to show a Judge. Every state should have a clas-action lawsuit against them by now.
