FAIRBANKS CAPITOL ripoff SALY LAKE CITY Utah
This company has been ripping my family and I off for over 2 years now and I am sick and tired of them.
My mortgage was in a forebanence agreemnet from Wachovia with Fairbanks. I paid Fairbanks over $3000.00 to go into a Forebanence agreement. I sent my payments when all of a sudden I was sent paerwork stating I had a check being returned for insufficient funds.(there was money in my checking account for this payement to this date 1 year later I nor my bank have ever recevived this insuffient check back.
I called Fairbanks only to be pushed off to people who nothing about my account. All of a sudden I was sent paper work stating that I owe taxes, insurance etc on my mortage. I do not have any of this escrwed from my mortgage. I have proof I have sent and signed for at least 2 payents at Fairbanks that they can not find. Many more checks and money orders were sent that they conviently can not find.
NOW MY HOME IN BEING SOLD. i am in a class action suit against them but this may take up to 2-3 years. I WILL LOOSE MY HOME BY THEN
HOW LONG WILL THIS RIP OFF COMPANY BE ALLOWED TO FUNCTION AND KEEP RIPPING OF US AMERICANS.

If you are in the class auction case, call the Attorney or Attorneys who are handling the case. If you have all you payments an can show for a fact that what you say is true...THE FAIRBANKS FAMILY...THEY ARE 3 SEPARATE COMPANIES..WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR HOME. If it comes down to going to court..meaning you are served with the foreclosure, make sure you appear in court to tell the court that their illegal continuous practices are not unfamiliar to the courts. The Fairbanks family have been illegally stealing homes in Florida sense the end of 1998. At the time Fairbanks an the family were not licensed to due so. That makes those foreclosures illegal. This is a state wide issue an all Government officials are FULLY AWARE OF THE ILLEGAL PRACTICES OF FAIRBANKS AN ALL OF THEIR COMPANIES THEY TRY TO HIDE BEHIND. BE SURE THAT YOU CHECK THE FORECLOSURE, SEE WHO IS FORECLOSING. Go to your city court house an look up your loans to see in fact who owns them. Make sure that you file complaints ASAP with all of the following...

Contact your Attorney General's office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Office of Financial and Regulatory Affairs TODAY!!!
Fairbanks can not foreclose on any property while the matter is being investigated through the Financial and Regulatory Affairs office. You will be assigned a case number and an agent that can expedite an investigation and halt the sale of the foreclosure. If the loan is through Fannie Mae, contact them also. Also, call HUD (even if the property was not purchased as a HUD loan).
As to Bev saying, paying by phone will help.. I a sorry as you say it clearly does not.
Donna...please be sure to contact all of those offices right away. It will help you save your home an give you a chance to prove that Fairbanks is in fact committing crimes.
