I have a very nice neighbor across the street, and 2 days ago they were 15 minutes away from being forclosed and the house sold on auction, The father had to file chapter 13 bankruptsy protection to halt the sale. I was appolled to learn that the reason was not because he did not pay his mortgage, he has been paying directly from his bank account. I was because Fairbanks Capitol had assessed several inflated fees, and purchased insurance, etc without his knowledge, and was forclosing for a few hundred dollars of shaky if not illegal fees.

I told him to hire an attorney, and if need be I would pay for it and sue them under chapter 93A unfair bussiness practices laws here in Massachusetts. It is regretable that someone hasn't gone to the home office of this company and had a face to face conversation with it's employees and directors. Thats if the cowardous two bit thugs could get up enough courage to even speak to someone.

I hope they all go to jail for the next 50 years.
