We too have experienced all of the Rip off's from Fairbanks/aka Loan Servicing Center here in Kansas, it is Nationwide. If you have lost your home...DO NOT...file a bankruptcy before you check your personal Credit Report so that you can list Fairbanks Capital Corp, The Loan Servicing Center and the actual Lien holder of your mortgage! Fairbanks is merely a payment processing company hired by your mortgage company. IF you file a bankruptcy before listing all parties you will still be sued for any remaining balance owed, even after the bankruptcy!!

We are in the process of fighting Fairbanks to keep our home, but we have been doing our "homework" to stop them from further ripping us off. Get informed...and FIGHT BACK!!!
