Fairbanks Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff charged late fees when not late Pasadena California
They kept sending notice of no insurance .....
Man, is this Company for real? Our Mortgage was with Equcredit than purchased by Fairbanks.I thought Equcredit was bad!This has been a beginning of a Nightmare for my husband and I since the take over.We have been charged late fees for nothing.We have always paid the mortgage on time....they are holding payment till it is late! We also have been sent letter after letter from Fairbanks stateing we need to get house Insurance before they charge us for house Inurance at some Astronomical price.
WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD HOUSE INSURANCE!!!! Our Insurance company has Faxed them Time after time with the proper information pertaining to having Insurance.Well this last letter from Fairbanks states that we have not contacted them with the Information so they are charging us for Insurance! What the Hell is going on with this Company? This is TOTAL HARRASMENT!!! We will be calling our Insurance company again.We will call Fairbanks again.If this is some Ploy to get us out of our House after living here 21 yrs...they will be talking to our Attorneys!

I see PO box 7041, Pasadena, CA 91109-7041 posted.
That is apparently the address to which notification (to Fairbanks) of your homeowner policy is sent. I received notice which had that PO box and city, but for no apparent reason the zipcode was given as 92623-9702, which would be in Irvine, elsewhere in southern California. Does anyone else have a bad zipcode for said notification?
