Complaint Review: FairBanks

We got documents sent via post office that FairBanks is foreclosing on our house July 14, we have called and called and asked for documents stating what they say we owe, they have turned back payments from us therefore putting us in foreclosure, we have asked them to fax paperwork to us and they wont do it.

Everytime we call back we are shifted to another person who wont do anything. We never talk to the same person and today they tell us the people are moved to different departments and the phone messages are now different. They said they are changing some things.

We are now getting money from our annuity and they wont give it to us until we show a newly dated letter stating they are foreclosing and that is what we want faxed they wont fax it, we have been calling everyday for a week.

We have left messages on an answering machine they wont get back to us, I was told by 1 lady to F*** off, our mortgage was held by EquiCredit and now FairBanks say they have it but th epaperwork about the foreclosure says EquiCredit? We dont know what to do at this point, we ask for proof and they put us off, thats how they did the foreclosure , refused our payments we were behind 2 months. We have been fighting with them since March and they will not give us any answers we now are facing losing out home of 18 years.

I keep reading this stuff on here and its the same stuff over and over, What can we do??? I do know one thing I will not forget FairBanks no matter which way we come out of this and I will make every effort to bring them down, because of the dishonesty they have done.

There are many discrepancies and our accountant asked last year about our mortgage with them he said it didnt seem right our adjusted rates never went down we are at 10% plus still.

No matter how hard we try we cant get answers from them just threats that they will have out home in July. Any answers???
