fairbanks sold our loan to select portfolio servicing Inc.(aka fairbanks) just as we were disputing 2 aoutomatic tranfer of funds from our bank to them, we have the bank statements that show the fund were taken from our account to fairbainks but they keep denying it. Therefore leaving us no choice but to sell our home before they foreclose on us for nonpayment.

All we got out of the sale was 5,600. which is rediculous when you have paid over 130,000.00 in to it.

Fairbanks is Select Portfolio Servicing, under the name of Olympus Bank A.K.A. The Loan Servicing Company A.K.A. Calmco A.K.A. Select Portfolio Servicing

Fairbanks did not transfer your loan---Fairbanks is Select Portfolio Servicing. They use the false pretense of transferring a loan in order to foreclose on your home. I was a part of the class action suit last year; and Fairbanks under the name of Olympus Bank A.K.A. The Loan Servicing Company A.K.A. Calmco A.K.A. Select Portfolio Servicing all "transferred" my loan from under one name to another in order to foreclose on my home. Each time, the Attorney General's office stepped in to stop the foreclosure, and each time---the loan will "transfer" again, and the whole process would start all over again. Go to the BBB website and put in Fairbanks and all of the other aforementioned names I listed; and you will find all of these names listed as Alias. File a report with the FTC, HUD, Fannie Mae, Attorney General Office, and the Division of Financial Regulation. Select Portfolio was never able to foreclose on my home.
