Complaint Review: Fairfax Imports

Here we go AGAIN!!  Another RIPPOFF!!  BEWARE!!  This place has no respect for you, your auto, your safety, your time!!   A 'fifteen point' discrepancy list I have not the time to describe!!    Starting with the nice, tall oak trees surrounding the property, hanging over the 'lot' they will be parking your auto in for/during/'in between working? on your auto.  In other words, 'nut trees' (acorns, to be exact) that will be 'dinging' your car full of nice 'dime size' dents all over your car you probably will not 'notice' untill after you 'release' the money and get your auto into 'the right light' and realize what has happened!!       A Ms. LOOP will take you thru HOOP(s) alright!!  She's real good at refusing to get 'particulars' done correctly, like, da-uh, not noticing the so-called 'professional' auto body worker(s)? there forgetting to re-mount one of your mud-flaps back on the vehicle and then refusing to have it done later when you notice it not there, later, after the business has already taken your money!!    I did not notice this until later because of the long 'hit-list' of discrepancies that distracted me so from noticing it right away!  (after I left with the auto and, of course, payment)  It was 'shocking' to the point of total amazement, the rotten treatment.    And then you raise your voice with her/them later, naturally, because of the 'firm resistance' offered to 'repair' what was done wrong and they end up critisizing/damning you for raising your voice, when they know the importance involving the safety of you and other drivers around you is VERY serious if these discrepancies involve something unexpected to happen out on the highway(s) at high speeds, like the bumper flying off the car or something if they very possibly messed up re-installing it or something!!      This could KILL you and others out on 'the road' and the possibility of it is highly potential if the workers don't 'pay attention to detail' habitually with EVERYTHING across the board.     Am I explaining to much??  Well this 'shop' acted like this/these facts do not exist.  I am, and YOU are, being threatened out there on the road by SHODDY WORKMANSHIP being practiced at places like these, and you do not even have to have your auto worked on there!!    Get the picture yet??     After a rediculously LONG list of discrepancies, with me filing a 'dispute' with/thru my credit card, I was/am 'barred' with threat of being prosecuted with trespassing if I ever set foot on the premiss simply because I expected 'true professionalism' from these people.  (obviously, a 'common tactic' by not just this business if you simply don't 'allow' them to 'pull' this sort of CRIMINAL ACTIVITY!)  I have been simply ROBBED by these people!!  And they refuse to comply with the law and return the stolen property off my auto!!    I and you simply do not have our entire lives to deal with such RIPP-OFFS, so I highly recommend that NO ONE, EVER, take their auto to this shop EVER!!  BEWARE!!  Your very LIFE IS at stake here!!   If/when I come accross any more discrepancies involving this particular place, I will be definitly 'returning' to further 'update' this report/post!!    And what about my/your TIME involving low-life stuff like this??  Is it TRASH??  Of course, to this business, YES,       Oh!, and Fairfax Honda of Fairfax City, Va., and two other DEALERSHIPS in the local area,  I believe are all owned thru a Mr. Rosenthal, highly (WRONGFULLY) recommend this shop, because they own it as well!!
