Fairfax Logging Lawrence Fairfax Ripoff, Scam, Liar, Con Artist Sagle Idaho
Larry Fairfax and his agents Andrew Fairfax and Mark Pitts of AAA Sweet Water Inc. did work for my client Zaderea Raphael and Robaer Cobott. A loan in the amount of $40,000.00 dollars was authorized for them to dig a well for my clients company PTE Water System Inc. Mr. Fairfax along with Andrew Fairfax and Mark Pitts and his wife never completed the work and as result defaulted on the loan. As of todays date the balance owned is $55,625.65 with interest incuring at a rate of $4.77 per day. They are liars, the claim to have changed out pumps that they infact never did, the are in posession of property that does not belong to them. There is a police investigation in the city of Sandpoint Idaho.

This person filing this report is a claimed pauper in the state of Hawaii were he lives. kind of hard to loan some one $40,000. if u don't have any money. He is on Social security for a mental disorder. He has never met me in his life. I have not nor has any subcontractor I know met this person. He never gave me or anyone else any money, and the job he is refering to was actually a pump install jod for PTE. which at the time was not owned by RC or Zaderea. we have documents filed with the dept of Secretary of the State of Idaho to prove this. Also at the Bonner county recorders office. I have pictures of the pump being installed and of the job being done. I have four witnesses and all of the customers in the ponderosa will attest to the pump going down. The DEQ of Idaho will aslo attest to the repairs being made and when. With a minimal of research anyone can see that the work was done by reciepts for the pump and parts. Let Terry show a plane ticket for when he flew over to Idaho or a boat ticket to mainland from Hawaii. like i said a minimal of proof to unvalidate his claim.. the Hawaiin authorities are investigating inacurate statements that Terry made as we speak. If the pump was not finished we would be out of water, the IPUC would not allow this. They also know about the pump repair. Like i said before there is no on going investigation going on for me or and of my subcontractors. But as for Terry or Zaderea or RC, I can't confirm nor deny that there is one going on for them. I can tell you this,. I am personally in a law suit against RC and Zaderea for all the lies they told and for breach of contracts. And there will be more very soon. If u do a basic search on this person u would find a current indictment for some serious crimes. In Hawaii. There are current restraining orders on all of these people in Arizona. Pics won't be supplied do to the seriousness and the dangers associated with dealing with these types of people. THANK YOU !!
