I writing a report because I feel that it should be noted that this place has a very suspicious practice on how they hire people  I about a month ago went to a interview with these people and Then I was hired as a room attendant full time  And I had another job I was unhappy with my previous job so I quit there and went to work for them I thought it seemed promising  So about two weeks ago I went to work and was told all about what it was like to work for them And how things were not to hard on their employees even if they were not exactly up to standards.  And a week later we went to the 80% built hotel that we as room attendants were to work  And everyone assumed that they were to do what we were going to do clean rooms Well, there was no elevator so we all had to climb 6 flights of stairs to go to work everyday  Because the first floor was not even close to being done. And me I had two bad knees so it was a trial  And was  not told we were to be doing this everyday before hand  But I did not complain because I was of course thinking it would be only temporary. We started by just doing the usual cleaning the windows which I thought was reasonable  But the rooms were in various stages of completion No water for instance to clean We were basically just cleaning up after the construction workers  We also had to carry big heavy boxes up and down at least 4 flights of stairs it seemed like ten times a day and Also the Air conditioning did not work And there was a heat advisory also.  It was very uncomfortable and we were never ever trained as what we were hired to do. So I worked there for about two weeks and without warning told I was no longer needed and that I did a good job  And that maybe this was the hardest job I ever had which was a insult because I have had previous experience as a CNA
