On February 7,2012 I purchased a 2003 Nissan Altima from Fairground Street motors. I recieved paperwork three weeks later to go get my Ga. Tag where I was told that the emissions had expired. I contacted Jason at Fairground street motors and told him since the engine light was on, they would need to repair the car to get it to pass. He told me to bring the car in and they would fix it- well all they did was cleared the engine light and the car subsequently failed again code'catalytic converter' Jason said they would fix it but never did.

Months went by and I eventually refused to pay for a car I couldn't drive- they repoed the car and wanted me to pay $300 more to take care of the repo fee- plus any payments due- and the car is STILL not gonna pass emissions! Christy (fairground motors employee) told me that the emissions expired AFTER I bought the car, but the Ga. Clean Air Force told me the emissions expired 4 days before they sold it to me making this an Illegal sale. They told me if I fill out the complaint form it will launch a criminal investigation. Good. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!!
