This company finds any excuse to not pay their employee's. The management support staff are incompetent and are not able to deal properly with their employee's. The owner hires drivers for every contract and gives no training. He has no interpersonal skills and depends on others to be able to fulfill the tasks that are required in his contracts. When he gets an opportunity to save money he will cut on rules and guidelines of his contracts.

Beware do not deal with him and investigate properly his references. He has lost many contracts and is slowly going out of business. He relies on another company that offers client management services that sub-contracts him. 

Once again lousy business model, incompetent management skills and extremely cheap to the point that he makes his clients loose money by useless extra surcharges.
