Fairmount Athletic Club Theives!!! Debited my credit card long after my membership was over and refused to correct King of Prussia Pennsylvania

    I was signed up for an annual membership that was supposed to go month-to-month after the year was completed.  When I tried to leave the club to join another, I was told I was still under contract, which i wasn't. 

Fairmount continued repeatedly to charge my credit card for months after I left the club.  I tried to call numerous time to speak with Brian, the manager and my calls were ignored.  I finally closed my credit card account and disputed the charges with my credit card company. 

Thanksfully they were able to resove the dispute in my favor because as stated, I was no longe under a contract.  I was reimbursed all charges from my credit card company!  Now I am receiving LATE Payment notification mail from Fairmount and from a collections company.  This will have no effect on my credit, as its excellent, but I felt the need to return that "favor" with this report. 

Fairmount, your Customer Service and billing practices are horrible.
