Fairmount Massage Horrible Service, Don't waste your money Cleveland Heights Ohio
I bought a Groupon, thinking this was a good idea for my boyfriend and I. Little did I know that my service would never be fulfilled.
I scheduled online thorught their booking site. I rearranged my work schedule several times to make appointments. Unfortunately, Fairmount massage has cancelled my appointment FOUR TIMES now in the matter of 2 months!! They send me a last minute email stating a second therapist is not available every time.
They offer the times and the customer picks them. Why would they continue to offer times if they cannot fulfil them?
When I emailed the woman Elena, all i get is rude responses with no concern to there bad way of running a business. No remorse, no apology just excuses.
