Fairview will claim that I owe them money. This is true, as far as it goes. I have written to them, telling them I cannot pay right now (Bankruptcy). They refuse to respond to letters, instead (If they contact at all), calling. I Cannot hear very well on the phone, and I've told them this. They ignore this.
I have written more than 6 letters, each requesting a response, all of them have not received any written response, at all.

They have a billing department which is quite poor. Several months ago, I received a bill for services rendered back in 2002. They had 3 years before they said a thing. Instead of responding to my letter questioning this situation, they ignored it and sent me another bill.

I have requested 4 times that ALL "owed" be placed on one bill. I'm making payments to try to get it paid off. Instead, they send ANOTHER bill, and another-- then threaten me with a collection agency. I'm fed up.

They want "their Money". I want to send it, but I am in financial straights, no credit cards, etc. Instead, they send an envelope, asking me to apply for assistance. I've told them, I DON'T QUALIFY. Again, they ignore it.

They tell me they'll accept my credit card. WHAT CREDIT CARD? I've told them I don't have one, and they ignore it.

I've lost my patience with these idiots. I'm generally a guy who will be patient. But no more. I tell you, folks, if you use This service, you are in for a rude shock.
