Complaint Review: Fairview INN And Suites

I rented a room at the Fairview INN and was given a room with period blood stains all over the bed. I then asked for a different room and was given one with hair, blood and a c*m stain on all the pillows. I then asked for a third room and was given one with pubic hairs on the towels and hair on the sheets.

After the third room switch I asked for the refund and was refused because of the reciet. I wanted to speak to the manager and was told I could NOT call him and he would contact me. So I told her to have him call my cell by 11 or I would address the desk again once I woke up.

The manager aparently had tried to call a few times (and did not leave a message by the way) and told them to tell me. I said I'd like to speak with him now and she told me she didn't have the number because she was new. So basically I was out of luck.

I was put in disgusting, unsanitary conditions. And it was 1am so I couldn't go anywhere else. The management refused to speak with me or give me my money back. So I'd like to report him and advise others not to go there.
