On my Birthday 20th birthday of last year, Oct 2nd 2006. I was contacted by a "David Morrison" He indicated to me that I had been approved for a collateral loan for 5000 dollars. With my financial problems I jumped at the apparent oppourtunity.

He stated that all I would have to do to secure the loan was send 900.00. He was as smug as as to state that if I Borrowed it from friends that they would get it back in 24hrs after I had sent the 900.00 for it would only take 24hrs for them to process it.

He also indicated to me that I had 2 weeks days to secure my loan for that was the ammount of time that the loan company that they were using was willing to give them being that they would only allow fair view to hold the funds in their banks for those 2 weeks for it would acrue interest.

At this juncture I asked David Morrison if he could try to open a loan for my Girlfriend whom I live with as well. He said that if she were married to me that we could get a joint loan application. But that he would contact the loan company with her info to see if he could get her approved.

The long and short is that he was allegedly able to get her approved for the same deal as me. Our plan was to use 900 from the loan that we received first from my anticipated loan to secure her loan of 5000 so we would have 9100 to help with our immense debt, and new apartment that we planning on moving into.

Anyways I later asked David Morrison after several messages to get ahold of him if I could get some extra time till the 26 when I receive my disability check. He said he would call me back after asking the loan company.

After a day or two he called and said he had GREAT NEWS, that they had agreed to give me an extension. I paid on the 26th my whole social security check plus additional money which I borrowed from family members.

I was contacted the next day by one "Timothy Smiths" an alleged customer service specialist with a brutal attitude. He informed me that there was a problem with the loan companies processing of the loan and that they needed an additional 900.00 dollars to secure the loan for the insurance cost since we didnt pass a secondary credit check.

After much wheeling and dealing with friends and family and after draining my girlfriends disability check we were able to send out this additional 900.00. Turns out that there was a problem and one of the "girls" Sarah Vaughn was unable to pick up the moneygram transfer and I was given what I thought to be a great deal. They would refund me 100.00 dollars and That I was to get a refund from moneygram and to send it out western union instead 800.00. Unfortunately, I did...

I was told by Timothy that they would upgrading their phone systems to VOIP and that I might not be able to get ahold of anyone but that he would call me when everything was all set, it was at this juncture that my mom called me and told me of all the rip off reports that had newly posted for I searched ripoffreport.com on the 2nd of October and was unable to find anything, but a month later the poop had hit the fan and their game was a clear as day.

Because of this my girlfriend and I are not only in the hole 1700. We're also being evicted from our apartment because we started the Lease of the apartment I was talking about earlier about 1700.00 in arrears, and we have been unable to resurface.

If ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING PLEASE EMAIL ME AT (((email redacted)))

PLEASE, THESE JERKS DONT DESERVE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!

They have our SSN's MY BANKING INFO, MY NAME, DOB...enough for Identity fraud...and I dont think there is a soul in here without the consideration of that...ANYONE UP FOR A CLASS ACTION WHEN THEY ARE FOUND??????????

Ok, well first off, I'm sorry you got scammed. However, there were so many alarms here, how did you not be suspicous? Any loan company thay requires money upfront is a scam. Anybody ever asking formoney via western union is a scam. Anytime someone calls you out of the blue and says you are approved for 5k when you haven't applied for a loan it should ring alarm bells. How did you think you got approved for a loan when you were (in your words) "in massive debt".

The other thing is if you are both 20 years old, why are you both on disability? Your disability checks are supposed to be used for your well being, not to pay out to someone to put yourself in more debt. If you were able to pay $1800 to this company, why wouldn't you just use the $1800 to pay down your outstanding debt?

As for a class action, why don't YOU hire a lawyer and START one instead of trying to get someone to do all the work for you so you can jump on and reap any rewards (which usually there aren't any because the money is gone and the lawyers take anything left).
