I too am a victim of this loan fraud. Marcus Powell telephoned me and advised that I had been approved for a $5,000 loan. The conditions was tat I either pay $900.72 OR $1400 collateral.

I paid the $900.72. The payment was sent to Canada via Money Gram. After Faiview has recived the payment, a Donald Perry called me and said that I need another $900.72 payment in orde to
obtain the loan. I asked at that point, that my deposit be returned. I was told that it would be deposited into my cehcking account on thee morning of 11/13/06. Since this is a rip off, I don't believe it will be. I need help in trying to recover the $900.72.

I will work with any one on this situation. Please contact me on this and let me know who the contacts will be. Please let me know who to contact.

Thanks,

Fairview Lending - Bethseda, Maryland

I telephoned Fairview Lending all week end and today. No one answered the phone. If any one has any of the addresses to send a report, such as the Attorney General, Maryland Consumer Affairs, Maryland PolicE Department and etc. Please provide.

This is an absolute shmae that these people are ripping others off. Common sense should have told them that if a person was requesting a loan, obviously the money was needed and that no one had the money to pay for collateral. Now these people have taken others money and they are suffering, while others enjoy the money.

This compay is not listed in the phone books. The documents from them show an 866 number. Normally the regular phone number should be shown in addition.

I hope that some lawyer reads this and contact me dso that I can file suit.

This is really a shame. I am struggling financially and really need a loan.

Let's all work together to try and get these people. There is some way to locate them even with the 866 number.

My 900.72 has gone to waste. Their web sit is in and out. One dau it's on and the next day it's not.

Please put some universal information out her if you know any way that we can all get together and catch these people.
