I too was scammed for $900 that was supposed to get me a $5000 loan from this Fairview Lending Group.I am ashamed to admit I went against my gut instinct and sent them my money.

I received a phone call from a Marcus Powell telling me I had been guarranteed a loan but I needed to send $900 to secure the loan.He said that they could not get me a signature loan with my credit.

I thought this was a prayer answered.I sent the money and now have gotten almost every utility I had shut off and an eviction notice.I am still trying to come back from this.

I too am trying to contact anyone who will help to catch these people. They have preyed on the poor too many times.I am consulting with a lawyer to see if there is anyone who can help.

I looked at the loan agreement that was faxed to me and got a fax number that the agreement was supposed to be sent back to. The number is 443-372-4434. There was also an insurance coverage page with the name Shirley A Delaine stamped on it as a signature. Also there was Robert Wilson CEO on there. I don't know if any of these names are real people but maybe they might help in finding out something. I have emailed my states attorney general and hopefully something can be done.
