I am very dissapointed in this company. I am from Georgia and weekly I travel to South Carolina. I pulled in to Fairway Ford to get a routine check on my brakes. The "Quick Lane" service rep mentioned that it would only take an hour to diagnose the case. The diagnosis was that I needed service on all four brakes. Complete rotors for the back and pads on the front. It would be a couple of hours but they would have to run to Greenville to pick up the rotors. I said okay and the price would be $454 to replace the rotors on a 2004 F-150 with 48,000 miles.

After waiting patiently from 9am to 2:30pm I finally decided to check on my vehicle. To my surprise the service rep tell me that greenville did not have the part and that it would be the next day. I told her to put the tires on my vehicle and I would be leaving. I left after waiting for another hour for the mechanic to put the brakes on being sternly warned by the service rep that I should not drive far with the brakes being as bad as they were.

5:15 I arrive in Ga and decides to go to Just brakes for service. Just brakes checks my brakes and find no problems. Diagnosis rotors a little worn no real problem. Cost $20.00

Not completely confident in my brakes I drive back to Greenville on business the next day but have the time to stop into Heritage Licoln Mercury and Jim Skriba Service Assistant manager.

Diagnosis. Rotors a little worn no real problems. Cost $27.63. Fairway Ford Anderson I am very dissapointed and will never seek your service again.
