I attempted to purchase a brand new (at the time) 2018 Ford F150 STX Crew Cab 5.0 V8 4X2 truck from Fairway Ford located in Placentia, CA.  I told the salesperson exactly what I needed as described above, and please no wimpy ecoboost or other V6s.  I told the salesperson that I had all cash to pay for it.  I mean real cash, no personal check, no credit card, no cashiers check or other pseudo forms of payment.

I  presented several valid identification documents including, among other things, driver license, passport, social security card, work id.  I am a real estate investor with previous government experience including a full security clearance.  I own 28 houses and 63 other vehicles, all fully paid off.  I have never taken a loan or credit card in my whole life, I simply refused all loans.

They still insisted on doing a credit check, which I would not do.  Apparently they would rather sell to so called "finance" buyers with full coverage forced placed insurance for 6 years.  That is a long to be a perfect driver (which I am ) with no lienholder or insurance squeal letters and forced placed highway robbery amounts onto an already death trapped, death forced, lien forced placed loan that I might add after 4 years you would be hard-block forced into over $20,000 of loans/insurance on a vehicle that may never be paid for.

I'll tell you, if you so much as faintly scratch anything I am driving with that loan, I will sue you for everything you have.  If something like that hits me and the lienholder section of the title is not blank like mine always is, you will be sued, judgement entered, judgement debtor exam conducted, full writ of execution, bench warrant, etc.

I own my own house flipping business.  I do not have to go to any job that is 8-5 or whatever it is - I have all my freedom.  Needless to say, they gasped when I showed them the $245,000 I had just in my briefcase.  More than enough to pay for that truck and then some?  I simply went to another dealer that did not do the credit check, I simply handed them the amount in all cash and drove away in a brand new truck, a sale that they lost for being a bunch of ninnnys.  Just as they can say they can sell this truck to someone else, I can buy this truck from someone else, which I did.  FAIRWAY FORD PLACENTIA IS A SCAM!!
