Complaint Review: Fairway Lending - Mark Spears

This is about a school that is so back-woods that they only believe that they should credit the kids whos parents and grandparents went to this school.  We call them the names, if it wasn't for the kids participating with the names, this school wouldn't have teams.

My daughter, who graduated in 2009, was on the Volleyball team and broke 4 blocking records, never received a trophy for this because the coach gave it to a name that should have been a bench warmer, she lost more games than they played, but she walked out of the banquet with a defensive trophy.  That was the first thing that this school did to my daughter that was so not right, and it was really hard for me to keep my mouth shut.  But after that happened we went on with basketball, she started for the last 2 years on her team, my daughter who is 6'1" and plays basketball in NC for her college, played for this high school, she had the flu and then we had some snow days.  Her coach of Basketball put a freshman in her starting spot.  This was it for me, I had kept my mouth shut for 4 years and now that I knew that she had a spot on this college team I could blow up.  I walked over to her coach, who by the way is like 6'11", and asked him straight up what the hell was going on.  He looked every where but in my face and said that he hadn't seen my daughter practice in a couple days.  Well some points in fact for her, she had played ball since she was in 5th grade and was taught by Tracy & Dexter Williams in NC in the summer, who by the way are ex-GLOBETROTTERS for the last 4 years of her high school.  We did this because she had some special abilities, one she is left-handed, and she had the basketball abilities of a boy, she played boys in Tracy's camp, her team and the other team were all boys, so if you can play as good as them there is a good chance you have what it takes.

Well I got off of my point.  In the Fall Preview 2009 they have all the athleats records and what records got broke and such.  Well I went to get one of those because her records would be in there, to my shock the sports director, mind you was sitting right behind the coach as he said that she broke 4 records, gave her credit for only 2 records, he kept his daughter and her friend in the records.  My daughter never had less than 4 blocks per game, and in the 5 match game she had 11, this was the game that was told in the Carrollton Free Press that we lost, in fact it was the first time we beat this team in 7 years.  Well her total blocks per season was 92, and Spears left his daughters friend in with a high blocking score in of 50, now comeon is there really something wrong with this, 92 out ranks 50 by 42.  I have went to both Spears and the superintendent with this and the superintendent thinks that all I want is to have Spears' daughter taken out period, as I told her that records are ment to be broke, that is why they have record breaking events.  She wanted to put a patch of white paper in only one book so that my daughter could have what she earned.  In my opion it should be as a correction in the 2010 Fall preview above the blocking records, because now that she is gone they had to make something up that someone broke her records, but they didn't break the season blocking record, at least not this year, we will see what Spears does to the records next year, how many he will add to someone elses scores he already did this to a name added about 7 blocks for a 5match game so the 11 doesn't stand anymore now it is 18, he did this when the parents who usually kept score of how many blocks and such each student did wasn't there to do their job. So you got away with one SPEARS.   I want it in the Fall Preview this year and if they don't I will proceed with a lawsuit!!
