without going into too much details. I signed up for a turnkey website that was primised 27.5 percent, email blast, and payment on the 15th of every month from my commissions. After a year of hounding Dave about said things i wanted my money back because of breech of contract. Instead of resoving my issue he replied with "LMFAO.  You are a funny guy. I suggest you take legal action against yourself so it does get into a messy situation." So based on that response i decided to report him with the emails and evidence over the year to the cyber crimes unit. ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

I realize he is never going to send my 3000 back unless the investigation makes him but hopefully he will not scam anyone else and I am doing my due dilligence by letting other people know. I am sure he is going to reply to this by calling me a liar, etc.  I invested my last 3000 in this franchiise after losing my job and recieved nothing but rude emails.
