Complaint Review: Fairy Tales Portrait Props And Backdrops

I ordered on two different dates nov 20 and nov.27 2006. After a few weeks went by I emailed an inquiry about my order, they never responded. after 6 or 7 emails and phone calls, to this date , no response from them..

I emailed some of there customers that advertised on the site and one responded and said they had the same problem,but did receive the order after a few months and constant emails and phone calls to *fairy tales portrait props and backdrops*.

Have asked credit card company to respond to orders and try to get my money back. I just checked the order on the acc. at this place and it still says *pending* today's date 1-30-07! So if you plan on doing a shoot using fairy and angel wings get them some where besides *fairy tale portrait props and backdrops!* This truly is a last resort!
