Faith LePage Jayson LePage Hires a service and expects free services! We finally terminated services and just wanted the balance! Instead she wasted MORE of our time Corona California

This woman was such a royal pain the a.. we terminated her service!  She hired us to clean her pool. We serviced it for one year, which was 365 days too long!  First issue was her filter had split.  We quoted her for a new filter.  She said she would call her home warranty company, fine.  Then she calls us back later and said the home warranty company wants the filter cleaned before they would repair it.  She calls us and wants the filter cleaned ASAP.  We told her the technician could come out the following day later in afternoon/ early evening.  She continually called asking where he is, my God woman!!  The day isn't over.  The pool man arrived around 5 pm, she refused to let him in.  We should have immediately terminated service.
 
The warranty company replaced the bottom half of the filter.  Weeks later we noticed the pool filter had been passing DE ever since.  The poolman pointed it out and told her.  He then took the lid off the filter and inspected.  He found one ripped/ broken grid which he replaced.  We billed her for the part.  Then separately billed her for the filter cleaning.  She called up complaining about it, then wanted credit of $50 for a coupon she had.  Fine, we applied it toward the aforementioned services.
 
The calls over the year never ended. One time she called us about her 24v valve actuator malfunctioning.  We quoted her, and she said she'd call her home warranty!!!  Why did you call us then!!!?????
 
Another time she calls about a chlorinator hose leak, WHY?  you are going to call your home warranty anyway.  We suggested she call them!
 
WE ARE A POOL SERVICE NOT YOUR PERSONAL SLAVE, ASSISTANT, INSURANCE POLICY ETC!  We have hundreds of customers and this woman called us more in a 12 month period than any other single customer!
 
Another call was about algae, another call about the speed of the pool pump it was incessant!
 
In March 2018 we emailed her about an outstanding invoice from December 2017 for $90.  She emailed back with her statements reflecting check numbers which were ALREADY ON OUR STATEMENT and we showed they were applied.  It was like talking to a proverbial wall.
 
By June we had it with her, neither of my office staff wanted to talk to, deal with or hear from this woman, my poolguys didn't want to deal with her, I was tired of seeing her name!!  We summarily terminated service.
 
At this point we showed a balance of $180.  We sent invoices and contacted, were ignored.
 
We filed a court case against this woman.  When the case was called she provided a payment we didn't have record of but were agreeable to provide credit and still wanted to be paid for the remaining $90 balance.  This woman began talking in circles about the $50 credit, the grid and the filter service charge ad naseum!  Now the judge is confused by our accounting after repeated explanations how it was applied.
 
FIVE hours more of our time wasted, as if this woman hadn't wasted enough of our time!!
 
Then the commissioner was going to provide her an opportunity to pay the balance without a judgment , WTF!  I will be filing a complaint against this commissioner he cannot pick and chose who to file a judgment against and who can just write a check without judgment.  The whole point of going to court is punitive so the deadbeat who doesn't pay, wastes all of our time has a judgment against them!
 
The commissioner made a personal anecdote about a negative experience he had with a pool company, Faith shakes her head vigorously as if she had a bad experience with us. It's the other way around, she was a supreme colossal PITA!!!  She even told the commissioner she was happy with our company; it just wasn't mutual.   
 
After all the confusion its unclear if we are even going to get our $90!  
 
Do yourself a favor, like we should have done.... if she calls you to do any work for her, keep walking!   5 hours MORE wasted
