Complaint Review: faith skin care

I cancelled my subscription before the trial period is over. Instead i got charged for $94.00. I called customer service and they said i cancelled too late and that they cant refund me the money. Customer service agent just kept on repeating the script and refused to refund or fix the problem. This company is a big fraud. When i cancelled, they at first refused to do it. Instead they try to entice you with the "low discounts" they can give you so you will continue to subscribe to their product. Huge mistake that i ordered from them.
