may 20th my fiancee' had the vaginal mesh implanted. may20th evening we were in the emergency room of Cherokee hospital due to a 'mistake' on medications. following week was a complete hell ...bleeding, pain and misery. Surgery was scheduled for 'correction of the mesh ' due to it being too 'tight'. surgery was completed , and she ONLY had to pay for the hospital , not another 'surgeon' fee. Today, she still is in pain along her leg and hip, uses a prescribed cream for what ? and the story continues. Contact with the doc has only resulted in comments..that it will get better. we are in the month of january now, and I cannot see any positive results...anywhere. The bladder problem continues but now we have additional pain along her hip and leg and back. DO NOT do the VAGINAL MESH! Any reputable doctor will not recommend a procedure that results in so many failures, as evidenced by the FDA warnings. She was influenced by Dr. Hulse to continue with the procedure even though my research suggested other wise. feel free to contact me at my email for further 'complications' too personal to publish

update...feb. 2 2012...been nothing but lot of pain , this time along her hip and stomach. returned to Dr. Michael Hulse for evaluation and received some medication for inflammation...and another encouragement that it is still healing...???? since May ????? I repeat..do not even consider the vaingal mesh. Matter of fact, if the doctor you are using even suggests the vaginal mesh, GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR.

Feb. 5 2012...update
well....she went back to see Dr. Michael Hulse for her stomach pain. He prescribed 4mg tablets of pregnisone...another mistake. Do not use this if you have high blood pressure..is one of the first warnings ...which he ignored...or made another 'mistake' like prescribing the neurotin thinking it was Advil....obviously, we discontinued the medicin after her blood pressure skyrocketed...avoid this guy or any doctor who recommends the mesh....period.

I refuse to ever see Hulse again!! He is uncaring and only cares about getting you in and out as fast as possible. He doesn't order tests that can prevent other tragedy's. He is rude and very cold. If you want to see a good doctor in that office, ask for Dr. Rush. He did for me what hulse refused to do.
