Falcon Glen Apartments Scam, Rip Off Mesa Arizona
I have been a resident for only a short period of time...it has cost me everything I had in order to move to Arizona and establish myself in an apartment for me and my one child. I am being charged for three people...although I advised them that I was separtated from my husband. They told me that I had to put his information on the lease because we were married. I am devastated...and I am unable to move. I cannot believe that this is happened and now I am trapped, because they are charging me for water and services for people who do not live in the home. This is ridiculous!
Not only that...but when I call...and call...and call...and call...because I work during their business hours and I can't seem to reach anyone in the office...I call...and call...and leave messages...and call...and call! No one returns a call...EVER...and they don't answer their phones.
