Falin Excavating Jim Falin was paid several years ago to dump gravel onto the driveway area he prepared. He charged it directly onto my M/C and still has not completed the work. I am nearly ready to move into the house now and have no drive way. Sevierville Tennessee
Jim Falin was paid in full when he charged his fee's to my m/c. He was contracted to dig and cover my driveway with rock. I have send faxes, mailed certified letters with pictures showing the driveway's current condition and where he stopped dumping rocks, about 10 feet down the driveway from the road, in the event he had Sub-contracted it out and was unaware of the incomplete contract.
He has made attemp in three years to dump the last 7-10 dump trucks of gravel to connect the driveway to the garage. His company is still running and probably ripping people off just like me. Line H of his contract makes any type Legal recourse impossible. I have posted the contracts online years ago and tried to let as many people as possible know of his work ethics.

I have had no luck in getting him to finish his Paid in Full Contract. I don't really know what else to do.

Jim Falin has completed the paid contract as of July 25, 2009

On July 15, 2009 Jim Falin called me and said he has completed the paid contract
On the house at 825 smokerise drive. He delivered 20 tons of rock to cover the driveway
He excavated in 2002. As I agreed through communication with CHAMP if he would
Deliver the needed rock to cover the raw soil he cleared for my driveway that I would
Consider our 2002 contract complete. He did as we agreed through email with CHAMP
And Emailed me a picture to confirm the work.
He has done a good job in completing our agreement through CHAMP.
Jim's Paid contract from 2002, is now completed as of July 25, 2009 now that I saw the
Email Jim sent me containing the Picture of the Dumped Rock I have needing to
Finish the contract.
I removed Jim's contract and pictures of receipts, his work done, and not finished, as well
As attempts asking him to please haul the rock needed to finish the contract from Internet
At the time of posting to your website he had been paid for work not done, and multiple
attempts asking for the rock needed, including Signature Required letters, had failed and I
was Wondering if his Buisness had moved or failed as so many others have done in this
economy. I provided you the last know info I had of his home and work address. Since
then he has COMPLETED his work.
HE HAS COMPLETED THE CONTRACT HE WAS PAID TO DO in 2002.
PLEASE REMOVE THE POSTING asking for any HELP.
Since he has now done the work, he has now earned his money.
I have removed all Jim Falin's finished/unfinished work, pic's, faxes, letter's, ect from
Internet and ask that you do the same.
