Complaint Review: Fall Creek Security

I am soon to be moving out of the Harbor, but I deeply agree with you.I like the officers and I hate that I had problems with them before,only due to I know a lot of them have kids and are only trying to make a living like our selves. Well I hated them upon the HOA told me they we're only going along the rules. Mrs. Wright is the biggest,sorry, B*CH, I have ever came across. I was given a 100 dollar ticket for my sticker. I asked why and the officer said HOA is making us give them out. So I went to the  d**n office,guess who was there...Mrs.Wright. She said she gave the memo to seccurity and so now  I in fact have to pay it.I swear that lady has given me more problems than anyone! I will be there to vote! I also hope that the dried up hag gets voted out. I am sick of her harassing me over my dogs barking and everything she can find under the sun.

To the lady who said she is an educated woman with a good career. I'm sorry I dont know your name. i would love to talk to you. I too am an educated woman that lives in Indian Harbor. This security company was put here to extort money from the homeowners. We have got to come together and vote this Board out. They dont care about what is going on. I proved my fine was due to their incompetence. The men voted to drop it, the women to make it stand. 5 to 4. Now I am required to pay a fine that was their mistake or harrassment, whatever you want to call it. We have the power to change this. We have to step up and take it back. Lets talk. We have to work together. VOTE and meet the candidiates, see what they stand for. The board we have now is dishonest and unfair. I would love to hear from you.....

I understand your frustration.It is ridiculous to write a fine over a barking dog. Please be advised I have learned these are not tickets they write, they are fines. They are not qualified to write a ticket. Only a public servant can do that, which they are not. My neighbor got one from security for barking dogs and the reason they were barking......security was sitting in front of her driveway writing fines to speeders. Get real. Yes it is due to our Board this is happening. This security was put here to extort money by fining people for anything, even without a complaint from anyone. As far as Jackie, I dont know what her feelings are about this but she holds no weight in any decisions made here. She just runs the office and unfortunately for her when the Board of directors wont take timeto speak with us, as they usually choose to ignore us and not return calls and we are only allowed a few minutes in meetings to speak before they cut you off and say we have no more time for this, it is then that she has to deal with unhappy homeowners and renters in Indian Harbor cause she is the only one they can find. She does not dictate what happens with security. It is the women on our board who are infair and dishonest. The men all voted to drop my fine after security admitted it was a mistake they made. The five women voted I pay it. 5 to 4. you tell me. We need to get rid of these unhappy, bitter women who dont like you if you live in a better home, look better or are not a part of there silly little circle. They need to be removed. VOTE in August. If you are a renter then encourage your landlord to vote. It is his property that will be hard to rent when no one wants to live here. Please people we have to come together, tell what is happening to you and vote these people out of office. We need an honest, reliable, intelligent Board.

I am apart of the renters,Not a home owner.I have noticed since a few people have been gone I have been treated very well. I have never had such things with the officers themselves,but when I did,like I said they would say "take it up with the HOA". Once again like I said the HOA said "these are in the by laws you should know this". In fact Jackie told a new renter she doesnt get paid over time so she is not going to let him in to turn in his paper work.I do not blame 100% on the officers,they are only doing their job.The more I see of it is Jackie and the board of the Harbor. Granted that the rude people are gone,I still know tickets will be issued and given.But Jackie and the HOA are scamming us and telling them to write these tickets. I have talked to half the officers and they say, I am sorry this is what the  HOA wants and if I don't comply I lose my job.I hate a lot of them,but to my fact,its the HOA. And I can not wait to move and give mrs.wright a big smack in her face!! My dog barks and I get a ticket I asked why she said she got sick of hearing it.ITS A F*KING DOG!!

I too llive in Indian Harbor and have been harassed and treated very badl by Fall Creek Security. Please refer to my complainton here. It is titled Harrasment and extreme Predjudice. I too am an educated person who at one time had a wonderful career but due to an accident with an 18 wheeler and two years of the loss of my legshave been placed on disability. I would like you to read my complaint and would like to speak with you in regards to the HOA and what the laws are. Mabye together the many unhappy residents here can get something done to restore our community back to what it should be. A place that cares about the people wholive here and not a board or security who wish to harass and misuse the authority they have. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

FCS has only been working in Indian Harbor since last summer. And it is the HOA changing everything. I know I live in the harbor and when I was first upset with the officers they said take it up with the HOA, and the HOA them selves said it is their rules they are only doing their job. As far as Mr.Taylor, everyone he is gay. So I don't see why you would make such things up. The HCSO even told me that security can not do nothing upon my husband yelling at me. So therefore I am just living with the rules with I agreed to when I became a neighbor to Indian Harbor. Please read your by laws and that will answer all your questions to the HOA new rules.

I am a Home owner in Granbury, I live in a HOA, it is a gated Community,with Fall Creek Security at the Guard House.

I am quite educated, have quite the professional Career, and have read all these reports, and am quite disgusted by RH and his response of attack. He failed at every turn to answer the questions posed him, blamed others, and denied,as any good Defense Attorney would have him do, Deny, Deny, Deny.

Our HOA has spoken with several former officers , and will be discussing this matter at our next meeting.

Several of our residents have spoken to the DPS,, I am assuming they handle Security in Texas.

I hope this time Ed Hearne will keep his mouth shut....Yet I am sure RH will defame me, and lie, and slander as he has done in so many of the texts of Fall Creek Security and these blogs.
