 I ordered a bracelet in March 2017. As I read in other complaints, when I contacted them in June Michael Friedmann claimed mail theft and said he would remake the bracelet I ordered. I contacted again July 16 and was told that the bracelet is in the mail. The tracking number through USPS shows a label was created 8 days ago but the post office hasn't received the package yet. I told Mr. Friedman this and he said they just haven't scanned it yet. Same complaint as others. I ordered 4 months ago and never received but they were quick to charge my credit card last March.

 They can continue to put me down, harass me and call me names. If they would have read my comments they would have seen that I finally received my bracelet AND I made my credit card company aware that I received the items. I am a very honest person and I'm sure the only reason my order was sent was because I posted a review. This is borderline comical. They continue to throw insults after I posted that the items were received.

Not only does this thief and liar not convey the actual facts of what occurred she seems to think that mail theft does not exist and blames that incident on our organization. Never before I have seen such pathetic ignorance from a single individual. Not only did we ship this liar and thief her order, we did so twice. The second time upon learning that the first shipment had not arrived. And then upon receiving the item, this liar and thief commits bank fraud and defrauds our organization. Kathleen Smith is a liar and a thief and a cheat. YOU HAVE BEEN SENT TO COLLECTIONS.

 After 4 months and much complaining, emailing and speaking with my credit card company I finally received the item by priority mail today. This was not a good experience from start to finish and I would not order again based on the way I was treated but in glad it is finally over. In all fairness I wanted to make sure that it was noted that they did finally ship my item.

If you search for reviews others have had the same experience.  A simple google search will show that or just searching on this website.  Others have had the same complaints.  I have received a tracking number from July 8th for my package, however, it states that a shipping label was created and the post office never received the item.  I asked for a good tracking number or proof that it really was shipped and I was told to grow the F**k up.  Very professional.  I did make a payment and it was taken from my credit card.  I should have stated above that they had no problems receiving my money but didn't send the items and cannot provide tracking.  Several others have the same complaints I do.  I have reported this as a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company and they are working with me to get the money refunded to me since Mr. Friedmann has zero customer service skills and doesn't want to work with me.  Instead he wishes to insult me.  Not very professional at all.

Ms. Smith placed an order for a custom handmade bracelet with lead times. The item shipped. The item did not arrived. When we were notified that it had not arrived we replaced the order. Ms. Smith decided to establish her own standards in regards to shipping and production. Unfortunately it does not work this way. Same complaint as others? Hardly. Get your facts straight before making false statements and posting false commentary. We will be sure to let our attorneys know and we will pursue legal action against you for your comments. And quick to charge your credit card? Really? We did not charge you credit card. You made a payment. Again, we will see you in court.
