On the 14th of March I ordered a bracelet from this organization posing as a non profit that helps and honors families of fallen soldiers. So after 2 weeks I contacted someone on their facebook page and they told me that they had just got out of reconstructive surgery and that it would take some more time. I told him I didnt want to wait that long and that I would like a refund. He tells me Im not entitled to a refund. I filed a claim with my bank to recover the funds for the product I never recieved. It was $44. Regardless of how much it is, my concern is that he is dishonoring the name and legacy of these soldiers so he can make a living. He claims that he was in the military. He should be ashamed to even let anyone that you were associated with our Armed Services. I served. If you want to make money do it like everyone else. Hard work! Not robbing those that stood beside you in service. This company and the owners are nobodies. Do not do business with this company!! I have conversations I wish I could attach to this complaint. Beware its a scam!!!

This guy placed an order for a handmade bracelet with a 21 day lead time and started freaking out and threatening our organization 3 days into the order. Not only did his order ship in the time frames promised but it was received and then this lying thief defrauded our organization and then he has the audacity to come here and lie. You are pathetic. You are no hero. You are a disgrace. You are a liar and a thief.

Friedman is not legit, if that even his real name! Tells a veteran to grow up when asking to recieve confirmation of my order. He has a PHD, not in customer relations.  He gave me the same foney scam response, "I just got injured and fell behind, planning on weaving bracelets tonight." Two weeks later no bracelet, tracking number etc.

I have ordered alot on line as far as Tailand and they treated me with more decency and respect.  Artfire needs to take him off their webiste.  He is an insult to the business world and should be ashamed for using veterans that gave up their lives as an avenue for scammming people.
